October Group Run

We will meet in the Target parking lot on West 11th Avenue in Eugene (4575 W 11th Ave Eugene, OR 97402) between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM on Saturday, October 18th. We will start the run at 10:30 AM. Please do not forget to bring your walkie-talkies if you have them. They need to be able to receive/transmit on channel 21 sub-channel 10.
We will stop for lunch at a Mexican restaurant in Philomath around noon. The total drive time should be around 3 1/2 hours not counting any stops, including lunch.

Potluck BBQ

We will have a potluck BBQ on Saturday, September 13th. Feel free to show up anytime after 3 PM. We will eat between 5 and 6 PM. This is being billed as a BYOM and BYOB event (bring your own meat and bring your own booze), however, we will have hamburgers, hot dogs, and some beer (probably Corona) to share with everyone. If you wish to have something different, please make sure to bring it with you. Also, please bring a side dish of some sort with you for all of us to share.

Meet and Greet

We will have a Meet and Greet at Buddy’s Diner (1725 Coburg Road) from 6:00 - 8:00 PM on Monday July 28th. This is a great little diner with a nice 50’s-60’s ambience. Their menu choices are varied and reasonably priced.
There is a good chance this will become our regular Meet and Greet location until we outgrow their capacity.
Covered Bridge Tour

We will meet at Burger King, 5851 Main Street in Springfield between 09:00 and 09:30 AM. We will leave the BK parking lot at 10 AM. The route is about 117 miles long and will take approximately 3-4 hours to complete. We will end up in Veneta around 2 PM for lunch. Please make sure you show up with a full tank of petrol!
